Q? What have me, Paul Scholes & Joey Cole all got in common?

We all watched England v USA sitting down:
Me & Scholesey in front of the telly (not together unfortunately) and Joey C on the Recaro bench behind Postman friggin Pat.

I've just forced myself to sit through the post match analysis as well - With Southgate, Keegan and Froggo Viera telling us how well we played. And the befuddled Eyetie seemed to agree.

It beggars belief.

We were really good for about 13 minutes - Gerrard played like a man possessed, we looked up for it. For the other 77 we looked absolutely devoid of anything like ability, pride or even commonsense.

Bringing SWP & Jamie Carragher on did a lot to perk us all up. Obviously.

We're piss poor, we're going home without winning a game.
That's my post match analysis.
It comes to something when Emily is our man of the match and no-one else could really argue.

That knobhead Green has been threatening to do that in every game he's played for England. We are not surprised surely?

Get Joey Cole in, give the ball to Lennon - He looked like a man waiting for a bus for most of the game, stuck out there, hoping for something to come along...

...Depressing and predictable.
