Stick with English

All the time that high priced foreign players are allowed to dominate the Premier league, England will suffer on the international scene.!
With these players taking places on top level teams, there is NO chance that the youth of England will ever get a chance to play at the top level and have an opportunity to strengthen the intetrnational team.
I'm not too sure what the youth programs are like, but maybe this is an area that could be looked into.
Also, I cannot believe for one minute that England cannot find and Englshman to coach the team.!!
