Rooney...Rooney...naughty boy...

Watching Rooney last night, I am seriously wondering if this kid is not throwing the game away, on purpose!?... He would not be the first, nor would he be the last, do you know what I mean?

God forgive me for thinking this way but it is impossible that a player of his calibre could have played the way he did. He was "so completely" switched off, he is supposed to be a striker, so, why does he not do his job? Where I work, if I did not do my job properly, I would certainly get the sack.

My suspitions are, something fishy is going on with Rooney, and, I think Cappello should not start him on the next match - Crouch and Defoe certainly should. As for Gerard, well, I have never seen him making so many silly mistakes. Bring on Joe Cole, PLEASE!...
