I didn't want to allow Nesbitt to pick the bets again this week, so the penalty for this was death. You know when you were kids, and one of the less well adjusted children stuck a straw up a frogs bum and inflated it until the poor little creature exploded.... Apparently, that would happen to Nesbittt if you inserted a petrol station air hose into his back passage. Wonderful thing, imagination.
