Came on for the injured Asante and was solid enough. It's a bit irrelevent but she also takes the most stylish throw in in football.

Unitt started in place of the suspended Stoney and suffered a torrid afternoon against the flying Russian right winger. Although she was unable to prevent a steady stream of crosses Unitt actually did okay, making several vital tackles and interceptions.
She was also entitled to ask where her assistance had been during a testing ninety minutes.

Sweden: 1-1

Was back on the bench with Casey Stoney returning from suspension.

Finland: 3-2

Was not needed here even though England's defenders were dropping like ninepins.

Holland: 2-1

Not required again.

Germany: 2-6

Not required as the England defence returned to full strength.
