Best Team Ever In England?

The Greatest English Sides?
There is one question we keep getting asked more than any other at Football England Towers - "Who's the greatest ever"?
This maybe the best winger, the best tackler, the best sub?, but above all "Who's the best team".

So, we're about to embark on a journey that will attempt to answer that question, and as Captain Oates said "We may be some time".

We hope this will provoke some healthy debate (and don't worry, you'll be given ample opportunity to voice your opinions), but our point of view is this. If we're picking the best team, then it means exactly that.

Our selections will be teams in the true sense of the word.
They may not necessarily contain the "best players" in the way that our Man Utd 11 may not include George Best. It may, it may not. Magnificent player yes, but most important player to the team, perhaps not.
