I had the chance to view him playing one of his last games at Upton Park versus Everton. Cannot recall when exactly buy I remember how he had by then become so skilled at his job to stop all those who came his way with an absolutely great sense of position and an almost unnatural understanding of what was coming next.

We need these players but, with today's football system, all about money and soon to be got achievements, Bonds would hardly have stayed all those years at the Hammers services.
Any chances to go back to black and white football?
